I would pull up that mushroom and freeze-dry it, because that is a keeper!

Okay, it's becoming obvious I can only think of two kinds of mushrooms, and I'm too lazy to find out some more to properly finish up my bit. Oh well, it's late.
P.S. I highly recommend Pudobello (PUHD-oh-bello), since it's the most subtle.
