RTT- Motivation Lacking

It's Tuesday, blah blah blah. Yeah that is about the gist of today. But, hey, don't forget to link up with ~~Keely~~ Amy, the grandmaster flash of Randomness.

It is sunny outside. No, really. Sun. Outside. Sun outside for the second day in a a row even. I have found that sun usually leads to me doing things like cleaning the house spotless and being in a good mood. Today, not so much.

For your entertainment:

I think I know what zapped my motivation! I have three huge baskets of laundry that needs to be folded and ironed. Oh who am I kidding, if it really needs to be ironed I am just going to throw it back into the tumble dryer and let it spin for about 30 min to knock the wrinkles out. That's how I roll.

I also need to go grocery shopping because the only things left in my fridge are bologna, broccoli, carrots, ketchup, pickles, a block of cheddar, and milk. You envy me, don't you?

Alright, time to get to work. Tuesday, you are on notice. Hear me??

I'm with you on the ironing. I hate it. Iron. Hah.
We had this ting in the sky for about a day and a half. It was big and round and yellowish and made things warm. It's been so long since I saw it, I forgot what it was called. I liked it, but then it went away. Boo.

I cleaned out my fridge yesterday. I was definitely housing some rather suspicious science experiments. All green and leafy they were. And when I had finished...the fridge was empty!!! Argh! Now I have to go shopping too. Maybe we could do this together...make it more fun?? I'm just sayin'! And I tumble dry/iron too! LOL!!
Or it goes to the dry cleaners!! That is how I roll!

I definitely don't iron. I also fold everything straight out of the dryer. Never got into the basket of clothes sitting around waiting to be folded. They do sit folded in the basket waiting to get put away though. I need to clean out my fridge. It's a big mess and I'm just not up to it. Also feeling alittle sick and don't think I could stomach it.

I absolutely do that dryer thing in lieu of ironing. :) My fridge would probably be very similar to yours today had I not decided to do the grocery shopping on Sunday hoping for less crowdedness.

When it's sunny I seem to be more motivated to clean, too - today I get a double whammy...not only will we be getting snow flurries, but hubby decided to take a day off. I'll get nothing done. Maybe tomorrow will fare better! :)

I woke up all excited to see the sun here in SC because one day it's 65 and the next it's snowing. Well, it wasn't 65 yesterday and today it's snowing so I'm not the happiest of campers.

I just realized I'm playing the random commenter today and randomly picking posts to comment on.

My wife gets inspired to clean when she first wakes up. I tend to try and get the dishes done from the night before. I lose my momentum whenever she brings in another dish we left in the living room.

According to all the Hugh Grant movies I've ever seen, England has no sun. You've lost your motivation? Do what I do...watch exercise videos (don't participate, just watch) and read organization blogs. Then you beat yourself up for days about how you aren't measuring up anywhere. The motivation to cry isn't far off.....
