7:15

7:15 is not a good time in the morning to receive a phone call. Just for the record. The next person who calls my house at 7:15am is responsible for their own actions. I will not be held to account. Here are the reasons that 7:15 is not an acceptable time to call.
1.) I am usually barely awake.
2.) Caffeine has not yet entered my system.
3.) I usually can't find the phone.
4.) I might cuss you out.

Here is roughly the conversation I had with this mornings 7:15 am caller.

Me: Hello *wiping sleep out of eyes half awake*
Caller: Hi this is Charlie from Charlies Appliance. The owner.
Me: Yeah, whaddaya need. (I know they are coming today)
Caller: Is 9 o'clock a good time for you?
Me: huh?? 9....yeahhh. Yeah that is good. *still confused*
Caller: We'll see ya at 9 then *click*

Now here is how the phone call was going in my brain:
*phone rings*
Me: Holy mother of God who is calling at this hour? Fuuuuuck. 7:15. Are you kidding me? Hello?
Caller: Hi this is Charlie...
Me: Do you know what time it is Charlie? It is 7:15 in the morning Charlie. Most stay at home moms are still sleeping. Are you crazy? You're lucky I had to get up anyway.
Caller: Sorry ma'am are you going to be home at 9am?
Me: Dude I talked to your guy on Saturday. Yes I am going to be home. *click*

Supreme Leader does that kind of thing to me all the time. Not the calling first thing in the morning, the make plans one day and then confirm the next. What the hell? Did we not discuss this yesterday and I said yes?

Sorry, cold talking.

Do you know how jealous I am that you are still sleeping at 7:15? I stayed at home for nearly the past 10 years and I don't think my daughter has ever slept past 7:00 in her life. Now I'm a working woman again and I have to get up at 6:00!

I manage to get my son to the bus stop with scrambled eggs in his belly, fully dressed, hair spiked, backpack ready, dogs fed and two cups of tea in me by 8:45, and we get up at 8:10.

Unless there is an emergency, my phone better not ring before that or there's going to be a problem!

Well, on the bright side, at least you have a firm time on when he'll be there. The cable company schedules time between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Hopefully, when your repairman shows up, he'll be hawt and shirtless. That will make the early wake up call worth it.
